MOBY VAI is a highly-effective, easy-to-maintain SCREENING MACNIHE. RIMAC screening plants are built following the logic of INTERCHANGEABILITY: to prevent possible machine downtime as much as possible, RIMAC is made with a system that allows you to quickly replace most of its components (engine, crawler carriage, electrical system, etc.).

• Hydraulic-folding main conveyor belt, for easy transport.

• Side conveyor belts with hydraulic opening/closing system.

• Loading hopper with vibrating grid.

• RIMAC is equipped with two independent electrical systems: a CONTROL PANEL and a REMOTE CONTROL. These allow for a complete management of the plant, remote maintenance, remote diagnosis, monitoring and data storage, turning on/off the machinery. All functions are proportional and can be customized by the operator (e.g.: it is possible to adjust the speed of the conveyor belts, the feeding system, the screening deck performance, etc.).

• The functions of the screening plant (belt speed, feeding system, screening deck performance, etc.) are proportional, that is, customizable with a 0-100% potentiometer.
